Totally agree - RM are shit! Lol.

City Link (and most other private couriers) have been fine for me.

I remember the days we used to get our mail delivered in the morning, before work/school! Haha. My post (via RM) now arrive anywhere between 12:30 and 2:30pm. That's rediculous.

Complaint2: RM have called by my house 2ce and left 'Sorry you were out' cards in place of my parcels. People were in the house, KNOCK!

Complain1: It seems RoyalMail have no calls queue. They just cut you off after waiting x minutes. Brilliant Customer Services
